CERAMIC SLUDGE RECOVERY SYSTEM

The system has been designed and realized in order to automate the recovery of ceramic mud in process of pre-atomization grinding; during the production cycle of tiles, it will be generate different sludges, which:

• by squaring lines;
• by glazing lines and colours mills;
• sludge residues of dough
  sludge from the sewage treatment plant.

These substances can be included into the production cycle by means of laboratory tests in order to be able to produce a mixture of type “ecological”, but also correct for the production. Our system allows in an automatic way to dose the components in a precise way in order to respect the specific production requirements and then mix them together and send the solution directly to the tanks of the continuous mill.

In this way you will have several advantages, such as:

• drastic reduction of the sludge delivery costs;
• automatic control of the process and therefore reduction of defects in production;
• automation of a process that was previously left to the experience of the operator in the field.
