The industrial silencers manufactured by CAMI have the function of reducing the noise from the chimney.
They are designed by an external wrapping made of metal sheeting, an internal wrapping made of metal sheets with holes and between these two metal sheets there is a soundproof material.
The functioning occurs in two basic principles: first the noise is repelled downwards because it is soundproofed by the special material and second the noise travels downwards because its velocity and pressure are reduced by an expansion of volume, that cause a drastic reduction of the level of the noise outside the chimney.
